Social Media & Brand Engagement
As an intern, I worked with MembersOwn Credit Union and KidGlov to help create buzz and awareness around the brand. Using videos, promotions and humor, I was able to engage with followers on social media as well as in the branch itself.

Because video is one of the most engaging forms of multimedia, I created a video spotlighting the member of the quarter, Christine K. This and other videos on the YouTube channel engage views in a more effective way, and help to serve up lots of information in an easy-to-digest format.










Love Your Pets
Brand Engagement
At MembersOwn Credit Union, it's tradition to bring your 4-legged friends through the drive-thru. To capitalize on this special connection, I created a campaign to reward members who brought their pets through the drive thru and lobby by giving them a goodie bag filled with dog treats and shared the 3-day event on social media. The bag included branded content, as well as hashtags so members could share their treats on social media.

The members at MembersOwn Credit Union know they have a trusted team of partners to help them with any financial need. In order to convey this strength in a fun way, I created staff 'mugshots' to show our members the face of MembersOwn in conjunction with National Credit Union Youth Month.
